Even though how to draw a dragonfly is a bit for girls, boys will still have fun with it. If your kids have seen a dragonfly up close, they’ll think they’re pretty cool.
I tried to use a lot of ovals in this lesson. After drawing a dragonfly have your kids point out the shapes and count how many ovals.

My 8 year old woke up and ran to my room saying,”Mom! CanI learn how to draw the dragonfly on Rob’s site? ” She was so excited to get drawing again today! Thankyou for the spark of creativity! It has a wonderful effect on the atmosphere in our home. :)

Just did this with my 4 year old and almost 2 year old and they loved it :) For one who doesn’t consider herself an artist, I enjoyed it too! This is our first project. We are going to try to do these every week. Thank you so much!

Hi Teresa!
That’s awesome, I’m glad they liked it so much. It’s only a matter of time before you’ll start considering yourself an artist ;) If your kids have any requests feel free to send them.
Really glad you found us! Please stay in touch!
Regards,
Rob
