Happy Mario Day, art friends! Today is March 10th, MAR10 Day, and Austin and I are celebrating by drawing something brand new for Art for Kids Hub: Chain Chomp! This is one of the most iconic enemies in all of Super Mario, and with this being the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., we thought it was finally time.
Art Supplies:
Pencil
Eraser
Markers
Marker paper
We use the pencil first to sketch out the big round shape and those chomping teeth before going over everything with markers. The chain is a really fun part to draw because once you get the pattern down, it looks awesome. Don’t stress about making your links perfectly even. That’s part of what gives your drawing character!
