Hey art friends! Today, Jack and I are drawing a kid catching fireflies! ✨ I loved catching fireflies when I was a kid, and I still do—it’s such a fun summer memory. We thought it would be awesome to learn how to draw this magical moment together.
We’ll start with a pencil and eraser to sketch out the shapes of the jar, then use markers and marker paper to finish the drawing with color and detail. You can even customize your kid in this lesson to look like you, or add a fun background like grass, trees, or even more glowing fireflies! 🌳💡
✏️ Art Supplies Needed:
Pencil
Eraser
Markers
Marker paper
(But feel free to use what you have!)
