Hey art friends! Mother’s Day is coming up, so I thought it would be sweet to draw a Mom and Baby Capybara to celebrate! We added some little pink hearts and green leaves around them to give it the perfect Mother’s Day feel.

Marker paper
We tried something a little different on this one. Instead of starting with a black marker for the outline, we started with our color markers FIRST and added the black at the end. It’s a fun technique that works on a lot of drawings. Try it on your next drawing too!
