Hey art friends! Today I’m introducing you to one of our newest AFKH characters, Fuzzby the Fuzzy Little Monster! Fuzzby is a funny monster with cute horns, a soft yellow belly, and the biggest kawaii eyes. He’s snuggly instead of scary, like all our favorite monsters!

Here’s what makes this lesson extra fun: we’re starting with our colored markers FIRST, then adding the black outlines at the very end. It’s a different way of drawing that gives the artwork a softer, more painterly look. This technique works great with crayons and colored pencils too. Once you finish, try giving Fuzzby different colors. Maybe yours is purple, pink, or even rainbow!
