Today, we’re learning how to draw a Native American inspired bird!

I love Native American art! Some of my favorite aspects are their use of color and pattern. I also love that much of their art includes animals, you can tell they have a great reverence for our beautiful earth and the creatures on it.

Art Supplies

• marker
• paper
• colored pencils
  • red
  • turquoise

Coloring:

I used red and turquoise but feel free to use any colors you want!

Extra Challenge:

On your own, draw another animal (wolf, bear) using the same steps and techniques.
