Here’s another one for our super young artists! Follow along and learn how to draw a chicken.
With Hads and Austin we use basic lines and shapes to make our pictures. The purpose is to show kids, at a very early age, that complex/hard pictures are really just made up of small and easy steps. I love watching their faces the light up at the end of the project. You can tell that they are very proud.
To all the parents and teachers out there, remember to draw with your kids at least once in a while. Being there side by side with them does a lot of things for your kids and students, but my favorite is simply the memory you create with them.
They will remember the time you spent drawing with them.
