Hey art friends! Today Hadley and I are drawing a Cute Hammerhead Shark! Hammerheads are one of the coolest sharks in the ocean because of their famously wide, flat head with their eyes way out on the sides. Our version is super cute with big sparkly eyes, a sweet kawaii smile, and cute little bubbles floating around.

Markers
Marker paper
The fun part of drawing this hammerhead is that wide “hammer” head shape, take your time with it, it’s what makes a hammerhead a hammerhead! Once you finish, you can make yours your own. Try changing the color (blue, purple, pink, or a rainbow shark!), give your hammerhead a friend swimming alongside, or add a full underwater background with seaweed, coral, and other ocean animals.
Cool shark fact: Real hammerhead sharks use that wide head like a metal detector, it helps them find food buried in the sand at the bottom of the ocean!
