How To Draw A Funny Birthday Pop-Up Card

Hey art friends! Teryn and I are making a Funny Birthday Pop-Up Card today! When you open the card, a cute little cake pops up with its arms out, ready to celebrate and give you a hug. It’s the perfect homemade card for a friend, sibling, parent, or anyone whose birthday is coming up!

Art Supplies:
Markers
Marker paper
Construction paper (any color for the card cover)
Scissors
Tape

The trick to a great pop-up card is making sure your cake is folded and taped so it pops up cleanly when the card opens. Pick your favorite frosting color, change the number of candles to match the birthday, and don’t forget to add “Happy Birthday” and a special message inside. The way you change your card is what turns this into the best gift ever!
