Hey art friends! Today we’re drawing an airplane from the side. This is a cartoon plane with a propeller, and you get to pick the colors.
Art Supplies:
Markers
Marker paper
Personalization ideas: Swap the blue and white for airline colors or school colors. Change the tail to any pattern, add your name on the side, or draw clouds and a little runway underneath.
For teachers and parents: This lesson is a great community-helpers or transportation unit, or a travel bulletin board where every kid’s plane shows a different destination. It also pairs well with fine-motor practice and homemade postcard art.
