Hey art friends! Olivia and I are back with another Sanrio Squishmallow, and today we’re drawing My Melody! My Melody is one of the sweetest characters in the entire Sanrio universe, she’s a pink-hooded bunny with a big yellow bow and the kindest smile.
Art Supplies:
Pencil
Eraser
Markers
Marker paper
This lesson is so much fun because we use our pencil to sketch the shapes first (starting with the big giant oval egg shape that we ALWAYS start Squishmallows with), and then we switch to our markers to add all the details and color.
Once you finish, try drawing her best friend (and sometimes rival!) Kuromi right next to her, we drew a Kuromi Squishmallow too so they can be side-by-side. Or build your whole Sanrio Squishmallow squad: Hello Kitty, Pompompurin.
